2019- Following a framework agreement signed in 2018, Qixia High-Tech Industrial Development Zone signed an agreement with the CBTC Service Center on collaborating to build a « Nanjing Europe Innovation Center » and provide several services such as consultation, translation, support in public relations with Belgian local governments, cooperation in the organization of events, business matchmaking and so on.
